I know what you’re thinking… “I’ve tried to get truly healthy, I ate right, you know, veggies and protein, maybe even eliminated some grains, sugar,dairy and processed food, i exercised, etc -really gave it a shot (maybe even literally) but still got little to no result, certainly not what I’d expect considering how hard i tried..then I tried again and again and again… and all while, not only am I dealing with the weight, but I’m tired, achy, feel bloated at times, maybe constipated and fuzzy headed.
